中文摘要:为了研究产融结合型银行供应链金融业务的有效性，选择中石油控股的昆仑银行供应链金融业务的相关指标及数据，借鉴耗散结构理论，并通过熵值法对其供应链金融业务的有效性进行实证检验。研究结果表明：供应链金融能有效实现产融结合的协同价值、促进产融企业及产融银行共同发展。为进一步提升昆仑银行供应链金融业务的有效性，产融集团应创新供应链金融产品、提高风险管控能力、建立金融管控平台；监管机构应完善相关政策。

Research on the Effectiveness of Supply Chain Finance in the Bank of the Combination of Industry and Finance ——An Empirical Analysis Based on Kunlun Bank

Abstract:In order to study the effectiveness of supply chain finance in the combination based bank, adopts the relevant indicators and data from Kunlun Bank, and further evaluating the effectiveness of the SCF empirically by dissipative structure theory and entropy method. The result shows SCF can achieve the synergy value and promote the development of the industry-finance group effectively. To improve the effectiveness of SCF in Kunlun Bank, the industry-finance group should innovate products of SCF, improve the capabilities of management and control risk and establish a unified financial management and control platform, regulators should perfect relevant policies.
