| 中文摘要:基于空间经济学和产业经济学理论，构建新质生产力与现代化产业体系双向赋能的动态演化框架。新质生产力遵循“点—轴—集聚区”的递进逻辑，从技术、流通、空间三个维度驱动现代化产业体系转型升级；现代化产业体系通过技术嵌入、要素融合、场景孵化三大载体，反哺新质生产力。当前，二者互动面临互动根基不稳、互动机制不畅、重点领域互动不深、国际互动空间受限等多重梗阻。鉴于此，需筑牢实体经济根基、完善双向互动机制、以数字化转型与绿色转型为关键场景、以高水平对外开放为重要抓手，充分释放二者协同演化的乘数效应。 |

| Two-Way Interaction Between New Quality Productive Forces and Modern Industrial System: Mechanisms, Dilemmas, and Pathways |

| Abstract:Based on theories of spatial economics and industrial economics, this paper constructs a dynamic evolution framework for the two-way empowerment of new-quality productive forces and the modern industrial system. The study finds that new-quality productive forces follow the progressive logic of “point-axis-agglomeration area” and drive the transformation and upgrading of the modern industrial system in three dimensions: technology, circulation and space. In turn, the modern industrial system nurtures new-quality productive forces through three carriers: technology embedding, factor integration and scenario incubation.At present, their interaction is hindered by multiple obstacles, including an unstable foundation, inefficient mechanisms, insufficient interaction in key fields and restricted international cooperation space. Therefore, it is essential to consolidate the foundation of the real economy, improve the two-way interaction mechanism, take digital transformation and green transformation as key scenarios, and pursue high-level opening-up as an important approach, so as to fully release the multiplier effect of their coordinated evolution. |
