中文摘要:基于2013—2022 年我国30个省（区、市）的面板数据，测算科技创新、战略性新兴产业与金融发展的耦合协调度，并运用核密度估计、空间自相关分析、地理探测器等方法对三者耦合协调度的时空格局及驱动机制展开分析。结果表明：样本期内我国科技创新、战略性新兴产业与金融发展综合水平均呈持续上升态势；全国层面三者耦合协调度从轻度失调迈向趋于协调的阶段，省域层面则呈现出显著的正向空间集聚特征。各驱动因素对系统耦合协调度的影响存在明显异质性，其中平台经济发展、政府干预的驱动作用最为突出，且双因子交互的驱动效应均强于单因子独立作用，呈现出非线性增强特征。鉴于此，应充分发挥平台经济的显著优势，通过优化政府支持、精准强化要素供给，推动新质生产力加快形成。

Spatiotemporal Pattern and Driving Mechanism of Coupling Coordinated Development of “Technology-Industry-Finance” in China’s Provinces

Abstract:Based on the panel data of 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) in China from 2013 to 2022, this paper measures the coupling coordination degree of scientific and technological innovation, strategic emerging industries and financial development. It further analyzes the spatiotemporal differentiation characteristics and driving mechanism of the coupling coordination degree of the three systems by using methods such as kernel density estimation, spatial autocorrelation analysis and geographic detector. The results show that the comprehensive levels of scientific and technological innovation, strategic emerging industries and financial development in China all show a continuous upward trend during the sample period. At the national level, the coupling coordination degree of the three systems has evolved from mild imbalance to a stage tending towards coordination, while at the provincial level, it presents significant positive spatial agglomeration characteristics. The impacts of various driving factors on the system coupling coordination degree exhibit obvious heterogeneity, among which the driving effects of platform economic development and government intervention are the most prominent. Moreover, the driving effects of two-factor interaction are stronger than those of single-factor independent action, showing a nonlinear enhancement characteristic. In view of this, we should give full play to the prominent advantages of the platform economy, optimize government support, accurately strengthen factor supply, and accelerate the formation of new quality productive forces.
