| 中文摘要:基于2007—2023年中国文化产业上市企业的面板数据，从理论和实证角度考察科技金融发展对文化产业数智化转型的赋能效应及其作用机制。研究发现：科技金融发展显著驱动了文化产业数智化转型进程，该赋能效应在非国有企业、低负债水平企业以及存续年限较长的文化产业上市企业中表现得更为强劲。缓解融资约束与降低行业集中度是科技金融促进文化产业数智化转型的两条核心路径。企业过高的盈利波动性会削弱科技金融的赋能效应，而高质量的外部审计监督则能发挥正向调节功能，显著强化科技金融的转型驱动力。鉴于此，应深化科技金融供给侧改革，精准释放金融资源配置效能，通过破解融资瓶颈与优化市场结构，为文化产业高质量发展与中华优秀传统文化数字化创新提供坚实支撑。 |

| Research on the Mechanism and Empirical Test of Sci-Tech Finance Development Empowering the Digital and Intelligent Transformation of the Cultural Industry |

| Abstract:Based on panel data of listed enterprises in China ’s cultural industry from 2007 to 2023, this paper examines the empowering effect and mechanism of the development of science and technology finance on the digital intellectualization transformation of cultural industry from the theoretical and empirical perspectives. The results indicate that the development of science and technological finance significantly driven the digital intelligence transformation process of the cultural industry, and this empowerment effect is stronger in non-state-owned enterprises, low debt level enterprises and cultural industry listed enterprises with long survival years. The alleviation of financing constraints and the reduction of industry concentration constitute two core paths through which technological finance facilitates the digital and intelligent transformation of cultural industries. Elevated profit volatility will weaken the empowering effect of sci-tech finance, while high-quality external audit supervision can play a positive moderator that substantially amplifies its transformative impetus.Therefore, it is imperative to deepen the supply-side structural reform of sci-tech finance and precisely enhance the efficiency of financial resource allocation. By dismantling financing bottlenecks and optimizing market structure, policymakers can provide robust support for the high-quality development of cultural industry and the digital innovation of Chinese excellent traditional culture. |
