| 中文摘要:依据1994—2019年我国285个地级市面板数据,考量科技政策与竞争政策协同对我国产业链韧性的影响。结果显示:科技政策与竞争政策协同主要通过增强技术创新效应和降低市场分割效应,提升产业链韧性水平;异质性分析显示,政策协同促进作用在中小城市、经济扩张期、东部地区和制造型城市更大更显著。鉴于此,未来应持续增强科技政策与竞争政策协同作用效果,进一步提高我国产业链韧性。 |

| The Impact of the Synergy Between Science & Technology Policy and Competition Policy on the Resilience of China’s Industrial Chain |

| Abstract:Based on the panel data from 285 prefecture-level cities in China from 1994 to 2019, this article examines the impact and mechanism of the synergy between science & technology policy and competition policy on the resilience of China’s industrial chain. The study finds that: the synergy between national pilot science & technology policies and competition policies can significantly enhance the industry chain resilience, and this effect is mainly achieved by enhancing the effect of technological innovation and reducing the market segmentation effect. The heterogeneity analysis shows that the synergy between science & technology policy and competition policy has a greater and more significant effect on the resilience of the industrial chain in small and medium-sized cities, economic expansion periods, eastern regions and manufacturing cities. In view of this, China should persistently enhance the synergy between science & technology policy and competition policy in the future to further improve the resilience of our industrial chain. |
