中文摘要:基于2014—2023年A股上市影视企业面板数据，构建固定效应模型，分析数字技术对企业全要素生产率（TFP）的作用机制及相关影响。结果表明：数字技术可通过增强动态能力、优化投资效率与提升治理水平显著促进TFP提升；融资约束与市场结构在此过程中发挥调节作用，且这种效应因企业产权性质、生命周期阶段及机构持股水平而异。因此，在数字经济与文化产业深度融合的背景下，应充分释放数字技术对影视文化企业全要素生产率的提升作用，实现影视文化企业的高质量发展。

Digital Technology Promotes the Total Factor Productivity Enhancement of Cultural Enterprises in Film and Television Industry: An Empirical Study Based on A-share Enterprise Data

Abstract:Based on panel data from A-share-listed film and television companies from 2014 to 2023, this study constructs a fixed-effects model to empirically examine the impact of digital technology on total factor productivity (TFP) of firms and its underlying mechanisms. The findings indicate that digital technology significantly promotes TFP growth by strengthening dynamic capabilities, optimizing investment efficiency, and improving corporate governance. Moreover, financing constraints and market structure play moderate role in this process, and the effects vary across ownership types, stages of the corporate life cycle, and levels of institutional shareholding. Therefore,in the context of the deep integration of the digital economy and the cultural industry, it is essential to fully unleash the productivity-enhancing effects of digital technologies on the total factor productivity of film and television cultural enterprises, so as to achieve their high-quality development.
