中文摘要:依据对我国典型农村地区的抽样调查数据，运用因子分析模型从多维度出发构建村干部履职程度与新型集体经济高质量发展的关系指标体系。进一步实证研究的结果显示，村干部履职程度的提升与新型农村集体经济的高质量发展存在显著的正向相关关系。其中，经济、文化建设行为的履职表现越优，越能有效促进新型农村集体经济的高质量发展。机制分析揭示，村干部通过积极推进农村集体产权制度改革、加强农村基础设施建设、强化与村民的信任关系和提供法律支持与服务等途径，促进新型集体经济的高质量发展。

Promoting the High-Quality Development of the New Rural Collective Economy Through Village Cadre’s Performance

Abstract:Utilizing survey data from representative Chinese rural regions, this study employs factor analysis to evaluate how village cadre performance influences the high-quality development of the new rural collective economy. Empirical findings indicate a significant positive correlation, with economic and cultural efficacy proving particularly impactful. Mechanistically, cadres drive this transformation by spearheading collective property rights reforms, strengthening infrastructure, cultivating communal trust, and providing essential legal support, thereby establishing a robust framework for sustainable rural economic revitalization.
