| 中文摘要:依据2013—2022年省级面板数据,分析科技金融对高技术产业的影响与作用机制。结果显示,科技金融主要通过财政引导基金和市场化科技金融两个渠道驱动高技术产业提质增效。高科技人才、高市场化程度及良好的创新环境有利于实现各要素创新性配置,强化科技金融与高技术产业发展之间的正向关联;异质性分析表明,科技金融对高技术产业的影响呈现“东西高,中部低”的特征,且在教育经费投入、研发经费支出越高的地区作用更明显。鉴于此,需持续深化创新驱动发展战略与科技金融的融合,优化适配新质生产力的生产关系,构建多层次、多渠道科技金融体系,推动高技术产业高质量发展。 |

| Science and Technology Finance Empowers the High-Tech Industry to Improve Quality and Efficiency: Theoretical Mechanism and Empirical Test |

| Abstract:Based on the provincial data of China from 2013 to 2022, this paper deeply analyzes the impact, action channels, and moderating effects of science and technology finance on the high-tech industry. The results show that science and technology finance significantly enhances the quality and efficiency of the high-tech industry, among which the fiscal guidance funds and market-oriented science and technology finance play important roles:high-tech talents, a high degree of marketization, and a good innovation environment are conducive to the innovative allocation of various elements, thereby strengthening the positive linkage between science and technology finance and the development of high-tech industries.The heterogeneity test shows that the impact of science and technology finance on the high-tech industry features "high in the east and west, and low in the central region", and investment in education and R&D expenditure are important factors for promoting the development of the high-tech industry. In view of this, it is necessary to continuously deepen the integration of the innovation-driven development strategy with science and technology finance, optimize production relations that are compatible with new-quality productive forces, and build a multi-level, multi-channel science and technology financial system to empower the high-quality development of high-tech industries. |
