中文摘要:依据秦巴山区干部问卷调查数据,考量山区干部使命效价对其引领致富行为的影响。结果显示,使命效价显著正向影响山区干部引领致富行为,心理资本在其间发挥完全中介作用,组织支持发挥正向调节作用;异质性检验表明,工作年限较短、受过高等教育或者党员身份的山区干部,以及担任第一书记、包村或驻村干部,或所在行政村拥有集体经济或者主导产业的山区干部,其使命效价的正向影响更为显著。鉴于此,需强化干部使命激励,培育心理资本,优化引领致富环境支持。

Research on the Influence of Mission Valence on Enrichment Driving Behavior among Mountainous Area Officials:Evidence from the Qinba Mountain Area
Abstract:Based on a questionnaire survey of 631 officials in Qinba Mountainous Area, this study explores the mechanism through which mission valence influences their enrichment driving behavior. The results show that mission valence has a significant positive effect on the enrichment driving behaviors of officials in mountainous areas, psychological capital plays a fully mediating role and organizational support plays a moderating role. Heterogeneity research shows that the positive impact of mission valence is more significant for mountainous area officials with shorter working years, higher education, or party member status, as well as first secretaries, village-pairing or resident officials among mountainous area officials, and those working in village-level organizations with collective economy or leading industries. In this regard, it is recommended to strengthen the mission motivation and awakening of mountainous area officials, to cultivate their psychological capital, and to optimize the organizational environment and supporting facilities.
