| 中文摘要:基于2007—2024年中国商业银行在各国的机构数据，考察中国与东道国的双边关系、人民币国际化政策以及是否为“一带一路”沿线国家对我国银行海外机构布局区位选择的影响。研究发现：这三个因素正面影响了我国银行海外机构布局的区位选择，该影响呈现一定的时变性。相较于全球共同应对金融危机的第一时段（2007—2012年），中国与东道国的双边关系对我国银行海外机构区位选择的影响在第二时段（2013—2017年）更为显著。在第三时段（2018—2024年），随着全球一系列风险事件的接连出现，这些影响都不显著。因此，在当前全球政治经济不确定性较高的情况下，中资银行海外机构发展应该将优化布局、控制风险和提升竞争力作为优先选择。 |

| Time-varying Effect of Location-choosing of Overseas Presence of Chinese Commercial Banks |

| Abstract:Based on the presence data of Chinese commercial banks in various countries from 2007 to 2024, this paper examines the impact of bilateral relations between China with host countries, RMB internationalization policies, and whether it is a country covered by the “Belt and Road” initiative on the location-choosing of overseas presence of Chinese banks. The results show that these three factors positively affect the location selection of our country’s banks’ overseas institutional layout, and there is time-varying effect in these impacts. Compared with the first period (2007-2012) when global cooperative measures had been adopted to deal with global financial crisis, the impact of bilateral relationship between China with the host country on the location-choosing of overseas presence of Chinese banks is more significant in the second period (2013-2017). During the third period (2018-2024), with a series of global risk events occurring one after another, these impacts are not significant. Therefore, regarding the high global political and economic uncertainty, the overseas development of Chinese banks should prioritize optimizing location of presence, controlling risks and enhancing competitiveness. |
