中文摘要:依据2013—2022年全国31个省（区、市）面板数据，运用双向固定效应和空间杜宾模型，实证检验数字经济对中国农业现代化的影响机制与效应。结果显示：数字技术通过提升农业全要素生产率、丰富农业经营模式、推动农业产业链延伸三个渠道推动农业现代化发展；异质性检验表明，数字经济对东部及东南部地区的农业现代化影响更大，且通过技术扩散和要素流动产生显著空间溢出效应。鉴于此，建议推进数字技术在农业的全域覆盖，依据区域差异精准实施数字赋能策略，贯通区域数字化协同治理网络，全链条加快推进数字化农业支撑体系。

Research on the Mechanism and Effect of Digital Economy Empowering Agricultural Modernization

Abstract:Using two-way fixed effects and a spatial Durbin model, this study empirically examines the mechanism and effect of the digital economy on China’s agricultural modernization based on panel data from 31 provinces (districts and municipalities) from 2013 to 2022. The results show that the digital economy promotes agricultural modernization by modernizing agricultural production, operations, and industries. The spatial spillover effect is significant, and the heterogeneity test shows that the digital economy’s impact on agricultural modernization is heterogeneous in the southeast and northwest of the Hu Huanyong line, as well as in eastern, central, and western China. Based on these findings, we recommend building a digital agriculture support system that covers the entire supply chain, establishing a gradient digital empowerment development pattern, and creating a cross-regional digital synergy network to promote the synergistic development of agricultural modernization among regions.
