| 中文摘要:基于海关总署外贸产品数据库与中国工业企业数据库的匹配数据，运用一般均衡模型将样本按时间分为三个阶段测算企业在亚太区域价值链中的嵌入地位与其出口产品质量的关系。结果表明：亚太区域价值链重构会通过资源整合、政策引导、市场竞争三重传导机制形成多维度影响机制体系，显著作用于企业出口产品质量升级的进程，且对价值链地位变动的敏感性随外部冲击显著增强，印证了外部冲击对价值链重构效应的放大作用。另外，加工贸易、外资企业以及劳动资源密集型企业在出口产品质量上更为审慎地受到价值链的影响。鉴于此，我国须加速健全国内统一大市场，构建区域技术协同网络，同时加强国内外优势资源的整合，鼓励企业依托亚太区域产能协作网络实现高附加值环节跃迁，逐步增强抗风险能力，以推动亚太区域价值链重构并建立创新发展机制。 |

| The Restructuring of the Asia-Pacific Regional Value Chain and the Quality of Chinese Enterprises Export Products |

| Abstract:Using matched data from the China Customs Import and Export Goods Database and the Chinese Industrial Enterprise Database, this study employs a general equilibrium model to divide the sample into three temporal phases and estimate the relationship between firms’ embedded positions in the Asia-Pacific regional value chain and their export product quality. The results indicate that restructuring of the Asia-Pacific regional value chain generates a multidimensional system of impact mechanisms through three transmission channels, significantly advancing the upgrading of firms’ export product quality. Moreover, the sensitivity of firms’ export product quality to their positions in the value chain increases significantly under external shocks, confirming that such shocks amplify the effects of value chain restructuring. Additionally, processing trade firms, foreign-invested firms, and labor and resource intensive firms exhibit more cautious responses to value chain influences on their export product quality. Given these findings, China should accelerate the development of a unified domestic market and establish a regional technological collaboration network while strengthening the integration of superior domestic and foreign resources. It should also encourage firms to shift toward higher value-added segments, thereby gradually enhancing their resilience to risk. These measures will facilitate the restructuring of the Asia-Pacific regional value chain and the establishment of an innovation-driven development mechanism. |
