中文摘要:数字经济是推进农业农村现代化的强劲动力。数字经济以数字技术创新为牵引，推动农业全产业链转型升级；助力构建乡村治理共同体，提高乡村治理水平；激发劳动创造潜能，促进农民增收致富。数字经济赋能农业农村现代化面临数字建设观念淡薄、复合型人才紧缺、数字基础设施建设薄弱、资金投入不足、制度体系亟待完善等现实困境。鉴于此，需从思想意识、人才培养、夯实硬件、资金保障、制度协同等方面入手，以数字经济扎实推进农业农村现代化进程。

The Internal Logic, Realistic Challenges, and Realization Paths of the Digital Economy Empowering the Modernization of Agriculture and Rural Areas

Abstract:The digital economy is a powerful driving force for the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. It leverages digital technology innovation to upgrade the entire agricultural industry chain, promote smart agriculture, improve rural governance, and boost farmers’ income. However, challenges like weak digital awareness, a lack of composite talents, poor digital infrastructure, insufficient funding, and an incomplete institutional system impede progress. To address these, it is essential to focus on enhancing awareness, cultivating talent, improving infrastructure, securing funding, and strengthening institutional coordination to advance the modernization of agriculture and rural areas through the digital economy.
