中文摘要:基于新人力资本理论，采用CFPS数据库，利用双重差分法探索了义务教育财政资助的长期效果。研究发现：义务教育财政资助通过提升受益个体的人力资本水平，显著提升其劳动表现。异质性分析显示，义务教育财政资助在次级劳动力市场、农村地区和民营单位中效果显著，而在主要劳动力市场、城镇地区以及非民营单位中效果有限。鉴于此，应进一步加大义务教育财政资助力度，注重人力资本发展，提升政策的长期效果。

Research on the Impact of Compulsory Education Financial Assistance on Labor Performance

Abstract:Based on the new human capital theory, the long-term effect of compulsory education financial assistance is explored using the CFPS database and the difference-in-differences method. The study found that, compulsory education financial assistance significantly improves the labor performance of beneficiary individuals by improving their human capital level. Heterogeneity analysis shows that compulsory education financial assistance has a significant effect in secondary labor market, rural areas and private units, but has limited effect in the major labor market, urban areas and non-private units. In view of this, compulsory education financial assistance should be further increased, focusing on human capital development and enhancing the long-term effects of the policy.
