中文摘要:基于2012—2022年中国省级面板数据，运用综合指数法测算了中国各地区绿色发展水平，以绿色金融改革创新试验区的设立构建准自然实验框架，采用双重差分模型探讨绿色金融对区域绿色发展水平的影响、作用机理以及异质效应。研究表明：绿色金融改革创新试验区的设立可以通过激发绿色技术创新、优化资本配置以及推动产业结构升级三条路径促进地区绿色发展水平的提升。鉴于此，为我国未来绿色金融改革创新试验区的进一步完善提供政策建议。

Research on Green Finance Promoting Regional Green Development

Abstract:Based on provincial panel data in China from 2012 to 2022，this study assessed the green development levels of China’s 30 provinces via a composite index method. Considering the establishment of green finance reform and innovation pilot zones as a quasi-natural experiment, a difference-in-differences model was employed to analyze the impact, mechanisms, and heterogeneous effects of establishing green finance reform and innovation pilot zones on regional green development levels. The findings indicate that the green finance reform and innovation pilot zones enhance regional green development through three main pathways: encouraging green innovation, optimizing capital allocation, and advancing industrial structure upgrades. Furthermore, the western regions, areas with higher levels of financial development, and regions with more advanced digital economies exhibited more significant improvements.
