中文摘要:数智化革命推动了当代社会的全面加速，生产效率显著提升，节省了大量时间资源。然而，人们却面临更严重的时间匮乏和忙碌状态，从而形成了时间悖论，且在数字劳动中尤为明显。深入考察数字劳动的运行过程可发现，资本竞争逻辑驱动下的社会加速机制，数字资本利用数字技术施行的绩效主义劳动监管和强化劳动者“加速心理”的时间规训，是导致数字劳动时间悖论的主要因素。鉴于此，应扎实推进数字劳动者权益保障体系建设，加强算法的精准治理，深化法治教育，提升数字劳动者维护自身合法权益的意识，为实现数字时代的幸福劳动开辟新路。

The Time Paradox of Digital Labor in an Accelerated Society and Its Response

Abstract:The digital-intellectual revolution has driven comprehensive acceleration in contemporary society, significantly enhancing production efficiency and saving substantial time resources. However, people now face more severe time scarcity and busier states, creating a time paradox that is particularly evident in digital labor. An in-depth examination of the operational processes of digital labor reveals that the primary factors contributing to this time paradox include: the social acceleration mechanism driven by capitalist competition logic, performance-oriented labor regulation enforced by digital capital through technological means, and the temporal discipline imposed to intensify workers’ “acceleration psychology.” In light of this, it is crucial to systematically advance the construction of a rights protection system for digital laborers, strengthen precision governance of algorithms, deepen legal education, and enhance digital workers’ awareness of safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests. These measures will pave new pathways for achieving fulfilling labor in the digital era.
