中文摘要:数字经济作为新时代推动经济高质量发展的主要引擎，对于实现城乡共同富裕具有重要意义。数字经济通过促进城乡要素流动、推动农业技术进步、助推产业融合，赋能城乡经济增长，夯实城乡共同富裕的物质基础；通过促进非农就业、发展数字普惠金融、推动农村居民创业，赋能城乡收入分配格局优化，实现城乡共享；通过增强公共服务可及性和均衡性、丰富精神文化产品供给、优化生态环境、提高治理效能，赋能城乡全面发展。十五五时期应以数字经济高质量发展为引领，聚焦推动数字经济与农业深度融合、提升乡村治理数字化水平、拓展数字政府应用场景三大关键路径，扎实推进城乡共同富裕。

The Mechanism of and Pathways to Digital Economy Empowering Common Prosperity in Urban and Rural Areas

Abstract:As a primary driver of high-quality economic development in the new era, digital economy holds significant importance for achieving common prosperity between urban and rural areas. By facilitating the flow of factors between urban and rural areas, promoting agricultural technological progress, and boosting industrial integration, digital economy empowers urban and rural economic growth, thereby consolidating the material foundation for common prosperity. Additionally, it promotes non-agricultural employment, develops inclusive digital finance, and encourages rural entrepreneurship, thereby optimizing the income distribution pattern between urban and rural areas and achieving shared prosperity. Moreover, digital economy enhances the accessibility and equity of public services, enriches the supply of spiritual and cultural products, optimizes the ecological environment, and improves governance efficiency, thereby empowering comprehensive urban and rural development. In the future, we should prioritize the high-quality development of digital economy as the guiding principle and actively focus on three key pathways: the deep integration of the digital economy and agriculture, the enhancement of digital rural governance, and the expansion of digital government application scenarios. These proactive measures will effectively drive common prosperity between urban and rural areas.
