| 中文摘要:运用多期双重差分模型,采用2007-2021年县域面板数据,基于电子商务进农村综合示范区政策,考察农村电商发展对县域碳排放、大气污染物协同治理效应。结果表明农村电商发展能抑制县域地区CO2及PM2.5排放,具有显著的协同治理效应。机制检验发现,农村电商发展通过提升农业信息化水平以及促进县域产业结构转型,减少县域CO2、PM2.5排放并具有协同治理效应。异质性分析发现,西部地区、经济发展水平较高及环境规制强度较高的地区,农村电商发展对CO2排放及PM2.5排放抑制作用较为显著。鉴于此,应当加强农村电商发展在碳减排和大气污染物减排中的积极作用,并充分发挥其降碳减污协同效应。 |

| Research on the Coordinated Governance Effects of Rural E-commerce Development on County-Level Carbon Emissions and Air Pollutant Emissions |

| Abstract:Using a multi-period difference-in-differences model and county-level panel data from 2007 to 2021, this study examines the synergistic governance effects of rural e-commerce development on carbon emissions and air pollutants, based on the E-commerce Demonstration Zones policy. The results show that rural e-commerce development significantly suppresses CO? and PM?.5 emissions in county-level regions, demonstrating a notable synergistic governance effect. Mechanism tests reveal that rural e-commerce reduces CO? and PM?.5 emissions and achieves synergistic governance by enhancing agricultural informatization and promoting industrial structure transformation at the county level. Heterogeneity analysis indicates that the inhibitory effect of rural e-commerce development on CO? and PM?.5 emissions is more pronounced in western regions, areas with higher levels of economic development, and regions with stronger environmental regulations. In light of these findings, it is essential to strengthen the positive role of rural e-commerce development in carbon and air pollutant reduction and fully leverage its synergistic effects in mitigating both carbon and pollution emissions. |
