中文摘要:基于2012—2022年省级面板数据，深入探究科技金融对工业新质生产力的影响。研究发现：公共科技金融与市场科技金融对工业新质生产力发展水平均具有显著提升作用，且通过区域创新能力进行有效传导。同时，该作用在地理区位、政策试点方面呈现出异质性特征，并受到创新人才集聚、服务组织集聚、服务组织与工业协同集聚的显著调节。鉴于此，各地区应加快科技金融发展步伐，注重创新要素集聚，为社会主义现代化强国建设背景下工业新质生产力培育、工业高质量发展保驾护航。

Does Science and Technology Finance Promote the Development of Industrial New Quality Productive Force?

Abstract:Based on the provincial panel data from 2012 to 2022, this paper deeply explore the impact of science and technology finance on industrial new quality productive force. Research findings are: Public science and technology finance and market science and technology finance have a significant role in improving the development level of industrial new quality productive force; moreover, this effect is effectively transmitted through the regional innovation ability. At the same time, this role presents heterogeneous characteristics in geographical location and policy pilot, and is significantly regulated by the agglomeration of innovative talents, agglomeration of service organizations, service organizations and industry collaborative agglomeration. In view of this, all regions should speed up the pace of the development of science and technology finance, pay attention to the agglomeration of innovation elements, and promote the cultivation of industrial new quality productive force and industrial high-quality development under the background of the construction of a modern socialist country.
