中文摘要:基于2010—2022年A股上市公司面板数据，运用固定效应模型和中介效应模型，实证考察供应链金融对企业韧性的影响及作用机制。研究发现：供应链金融能显著提升企业韧性，这种韧性提升效应主要通过协同创新和风险承担进行有效传导。同时，该作用在不同产权性质、企业生命周期和银企关系方面表现出明显的异质性特征。鉴于此，应加速供应链金融发展，推动供应链企业协同创新，构建供应链企业风险共担机制，提升企业韧性水平。

Supply Chain Finance and Enterprise Resilience: Based on the Perspective of Collaborative Innovation and Risk-Taking

Abstract:Based on panel data of A share listed companies from 2010 to 2022, this study empirically examines the impact and mechanism of supply chain finance on firm resilience using fixed effects and mediation effects models. Research has found that supply chain finance can significantly enhance the resilience of enterprises, and this resilience enhancement effect is mainly effectively transmitted through collaborative innovation and risk taking. At the same time, this effect exhibits significant heterogeneity in terms of different property rights, corporate life cycles, and bank enterprise relationships. In view of this, we should accelerate the development of supply chain finance, promote collaborative innovation among supply chain enterprises, establish a risk sharing mechanism for supply chain enterprises, and enhance the resilience level of enterprises.
