| 中文摘要:开发区政策作为一种典型的区位导向性政策，对企业高质量发展具有重要作用。基于中国工业企业数据，考察开发区政策对企业高质量发展的影响。结果显示：开发区政策能够显著促进企业高质量发展，并且在沿海地区和内陆地区更为显著。进一步研究表明，市场规模具有显著的调节效应，在国内市场规模和国外市场规模越大的地区，开发区的政策对企业高质量发展的效应更强。这一研究结果指出了大市场驱动下开发区政策对于带动企业高质量发展的重要意义，但由于空间异质性的影响，也需要持续深入推进全方位开放政策和刺激国内消费升级，扩大市场规模。 |

| The Impact of Development Zone Policy on the High-Quality Development of Enterprises ——Evidence from China’s Industrial Enterprises |

| Abstract:As a typical location-oriented policy, the development zone policy plays an important role in the high-quality development of enterprises. Based on the data of China’s industrial enterprises, the paper examines the impact of development zone policies on the high-quality development of enterprises. It is found that the development zone policy can significantly promote the high-quality development of enterprises; Moreover, the effect is more pronounced in coastal and inland areas. Further research shows that the market size has a significant regulatory effect, the larger the domestic market size and the foreign market size, the stronger an effect the development zone policy has on the high-quality development of enterprises. The above research results point out that the development zone policy is of great significance to promote the high-quality development of enterprises driven by the large market size. However, due to the influence of spatial heterogeneity, it is also necessary to continue to further promote the all-round opening policy and stimulate the upgrading of domestic consumption to expand the market scale. |
