中文摘要:构建双向固定效应模型，检验半导体产业链GVC嵌入度对全要素生产率的影响及作用机制。结果显示：半导体产业链GVC嵌入度与全要素生产率具有先升后降的倒U形关系，在这两者之间，进口中间品质量起部分中介作用，市场竞争具有显著调节作用，且半导体产业链GVC嵌入度与全要素生产率的非线性关系在不同环节存在差异。鉴于此，应抓住GVC重构和区域化机会，拓宽进口中间品合作渠道，改善市场竞争环境，提升半导体产业链全要素生产率。

GVC Embeddedness and Total Factor Productivity in China’s Semiconductor Industry Chain

Abstract:A two-way fixed effect model is constructed to test the influence and mechanism of GVC embeddedness of semiconductor industry chain on total factor productivity. The results show that there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between GVC embeddedness and total factor productivity in the semiconductor industry chain, the quality of imported intermediate goods plays a partial mediating role and the market competition has a significant regulatory role in this process. Further research finds that the nonlinear relationship between GVC embeddedness and total factor productivity in semiconductor industry chain is different in different links. In view of this, we should seize the opportunity of GVC reconstruction and regionalization, expand the cooperation channels of imported intermediate products, and improve the market competition environment, so as to enhance the total factor productivity of the semiconductor industry chain.
