中文摘要:运用fsQCA方法,以中国沪深两市上市的117家资源型企业为样本,进行绿色技术创新的组态路径分析。研究发现:资源型企业绿色技术创新具有多重并发和殊途同归的特点,技术、组织、环境维度的条件均不是能够单独导致高绿色技术创新的必要条件,高绿色技术创新是多种前因条件协同作用的结果;实现高绿色技术创新的路径由4类条件组态构成;充分的政府支持是资源型企业绿色技术创新的重要条件;技术创新水平和环境复杂性存在潜在的替代或互补关系;造成非高资源型企业绿色技术创新的路径有5条,且与高资源型企业绿色技术创新存在非对称性。

A TOE Framework Based Research on Green Technology Innovation Path of Resource-based Enterprises
Abstract:This paper analyzed the configuration paths of green technology innovation adopted by 117 resource-based enterprises that are listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets by the fsQCA method. Results show that, the green technology innovation of resource-based enterprises has the characteristics of multiple concurrence for the same goal in different ways. The conditions of technology, organization and environment dimensions are not the necessary conditions that can lead to high-level green technology innovation alone. High-level green technology innovation of resource-based enterprises is the result of synergistic effect of various antecedents. There are 4 configuration paths to achieve high-level green technology innovation. Adequate government support is an important condition for green technology innovation. There is a potential substitution or complementary relationship between technological innovation level and environmental complexity. There are 5 paths that cause non-high green technology innovation of resource-based enterprises, and there is asymmetry between them and high-level green technology innovation of resource-based enterprises.
