中文摘要:我国芯片产业在国际市场竞争中面临着前所未有的挑战，如何通过多元化创新手段实现弯道超车，并突破西方垄断芯片企业对我国芯片产业发展所造成的“卡脖子”窘境，已经成为当前业内关注的热点。为此，本文采用案例分析手段，从商业模式创新的角度探讨我国芯片产业转型升级的路径。研究表明：芯片产业在转型升级的过程中，不仅需要遵循技术创新规律，还需要沿着成熟、可靠、稳定的商业模式创新路径循序渐进地推进。

Research on the Transformation and Upgrading Path of China’s Chip Industry from the Perspective of Business Model Innovation

Abstract:China’s chip industry is facing unprecedented challenges in the international market competition. How to Achieve corner overtaking through diversified innovation means, and break through the western monopoly chip enterprises on the development of China’s chip industry caused by the “stranglehold” dilemma, has become a hot topic of concern in the industry. This paper uses case studies to explore the path of transformation and upgrading of China’s chip industry from the perspective of business model innovation. The study indicates that in the process of transformation and upgrading, the chip industry not only needs to follow the law of technological innovation, but also needs to advance step by step along the path of mature, reliable and stable business model innovation.
