| 中文摘要:依据2011-2019年A股制造业上市公司数据，运用非线性回归模型和调节效应模型，考量知识产权保护对企业绩效的影响，以及服务化转型在知识产权保护影响企业绩效过程中的调节机制。结果显示：知识产权保护对企业绩效呈现先促进后抑制的影响效应，存在知识产权保护的“最适强度”。服务化转型通过收益竞争优势和成本竞争优势对“知识产权保护-企业绩效”发挥正“U”形调节效应，实现知识产权保护对企业绩效的“长效激励”。对非高技术企业、民营企业以及东部沿海企业而言，服务化转型调节效应更显著。鉴于此，应进一步完善知识产权保护制度，推动知识产权保护与服务化转型协同发展，持续提升企业绩效。 |

| Intellectual Property Protection, Servitization Transformation and Enterprise Performance: Empirical Evidence from A-share Listed Manufacturing Companies in China |

| Abstract:Based on the data of A-share listed manufacturing companies from 2011 to 2019, a non-linear regression model and a moderating effect model are applied to examine the impact of intellectual property protection on firm performance and the moderating mechanism of service transformation in the process of intellectual property protection on firm performance. The results show that intellectual property protection has a positive and then negative effect on enterprise performance, and there is an “optimal intensity” of intellectual property protection. Service transformation has a positive U-shaped adjustment effect on “intellectual property protection-firm performance” through competitive advantage in revenue and competitive advantage in cost, realizing the “long-term incentive” of intellectual property protection on firm performance. For non-high-tech enterprises, private enterprises and eastern coastal enterprises, service transformation has a more significant moderating effect. In view of this, the intellectual property protection system should be further improved to promote the synergistic development of intellectual property protection and servitization transformation, so as to continuously improve enterprise performance. |
