| 中文摘要:依据2011-2019年省级面板数据,检验数字经济对全要素能源效率的影响及作用机制,结果显示:数字经济显著提升了全要素能源效率,且在区域、时段和资源禀赋方面存在差异。技术创新和产业结构升级是其重要传导机制。鉴于此,需进一步完善数字基础设施建设,推动数字经济和实体经济深度融合;鼓励不同区域发挥好比较优势,实现数字经济差异化发展;大力推进产业数字化和数字产业化,助推产业结构升级,进一步赋能全要素能源效率提升。 |

| How Can the Digital Economy Enable the Improvement of All Factor Energy Efficiency? |

| Abstract:The rapid development of digital economy affects the adjustment of industrial structure and technological progress, and promotes the improvement of total factor energy efficiency. The provincial panel data from 2011 to 2019 were used to test its impact on total factor energy efficiency and its mechanism. The results showed that the digital economy has significantly improved total factor energy efficiency, and technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading are its important transmission mechanisms; The promotion of digital economy on total factor energy efficiency is different in regions, time periods and resource endowments. In order to give full play to the role of digital economy in enabling all factor energy efficiency, it is necessary to further promote the construction of digital infrastructure and promote the deep integration of digital economy and real economy; encourage different regions to give full play to their comparative advantages to promote the differential development of the digital economy. At the same time, we should vigorously promote industrial digitalization and digital industrialization to promote the upgrading of industrial structure and further enable the improvement of all factor energy efficiency. |
