中文摘要:基于2007—2020年我国A股上市公司数据，考察企业数字化升级改造对创新的影响。结果显示：在企业进行数字化升级改造之后，创新产出得到显著提升，并且这一结果在各种稳健性检验均成立；实证证据支持了外部互动这一影响机制；企业数字化升级改造对创新的影响存在地区溢出效应，但是并不存在行业溢出效应。因此，应鼓励和支持企业进行数字化升级改造，加强数字基础设施建设。

How does Digital Upgrade and Transformation Affect Enterprise Innovation: Empirical Evidence and Mechanism

Abstract:Based on the data of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2020, this paper examines the impact of enterprise digital upgrading on innovation. The results show that: after digital upgrading, innovation output is significantly improved, and this result is valid in various robustness tests. Empirical evidence supports the mechanism of external interaction. The influence of enterprise digital upgrading on innovation has regional spillover effect, but there is no industry spillover effect. Therefore, enterprises should be encouraged and supported to carry out digital upgrading and strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure.
