| 中文摘要:以中国加入世界贸易组织（WTO）为准自然实验，利用双重差分法系统地分析生产性服务业开放对制造业创新质量的影响。研究结果表明：生产性服务业开放显著地促进了制造业创新质量的提升。不同生产性服务业细分行业的开放对制造业创新质量的影响存在异质性，信息服务业、商业服务业、科技服务业开放对制造业创新质量的提高有显著的促进作用；而运输服务业开放对制造业创新质量具有轻微的抑制作用，金融服务业开放对制造业创新质量的影响不明显。就企业所有制而言，生产性服务业开放能够提升民营制造业企业的创新质量，但轻微抑制了国有制造业企业的创新质量，而对外资企业创新质量的提升不明显。此外，相较于非出口企业，生产性服务业开放能对出口制造业企业的创新质量产生更大的影响。鉴于此，可以通过降低服务贸易壁垒、有针对性地扩大生产性服务业开放、注重使用高技术生产性服务要素等措施提升制造业创新质量。 |

| Research on the Impact of Producer Services Opening on Manufacturing Innovation Quality:A Quasi-Natural Experiment Based on China’s WTO Accession |

| Abstract:Taking China’s accession to the World Trade Organization as a quasi-natural experiment, we systematically analyzes the impact of the opening of producer services on the innovation quality of manufacturing industry by using the double difference method. The results show that the opening of producer services has significantly promoted the innovation quality of manufacturing industry. The impact of the opening of different producer service segments on the technological innovation of manufacturing industry is heterogeneous. The opening of information service industry, commercial service industry and science and technology service industry can significantly promote the improvement of the innovation quality of manufacturing industry, while the improvement of the opening degree of transportation service industry has a slight inhibitory effect on the innovation quality, and the innovation effect of the opening of financial service industry is not obvious; In terms of enterprise ownership, the opening of producer services can improve the innovation quality of private enterprises, but inhibit the innovation quality of state-owned enterprises slightly, and the improvement of innovation quality of foreign-funded enterprises is not obvious; In addition, compared with non-export enterprises, the opening of producer services can have a greater innovation effect on export enterprises. Finally, based on the empirical research results, we put forward some policy suggestions, such as reducing barriers to trade in services, expanding the opening of producer services, and paying attention to the use of high-tech producer services. |
