中文摘要:基于2007-2019年我国A股上市公司数据，运用多元线性回归模型，考察科技金融发展对企业绿色创新水平的影响及作用机制。研究结果表明：科技金融发展通过减少企业融资约束与缩短财务违约距离，有效激发战略新兴产业等企业开展绿色创新研发活动的积极性，同时科技金融发展有效降低了企业发展战略选择时的风险厌恶程度，进而提升企业绿色创新的投资效率。此外，外部监管力量与地区金融发展水平的提高能够显著提升科技金融赋能企业绿色创新的工作效能。

The Impact of Sci-tech Finance Development on Green Innovation of Enterprise

Abstract:Based on the data of China’s A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2019, the paper uses multivariable linear regression model to investigate the relationship between Sci-tech Finance and the level of enterprise green innovation, in order to provide an explanation from the perspective of Sci-tech Finance development for enterprise green innovation. The results show that Sci-tech Finance can effectively improve the level of green innovation by reducing financing constraints and the distance from financial default, and stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises in strategic emerging industries to carry out green innovation R & D activities, and effectively alleviate the risk aversion of enterprise development strategic choice, which can improve the investment efficiency of enterprise green innovation. In addition, the improvement of external regulatory strength and regional financial development level can significantly improve the impact of Sci-tech Finance on enterprise green innovation.
