| 中文摘要:当前我国乡村社会仍处于一个由传统乡土社会向现代市场经济社会转型的时期，传统乡土社会的信用思想与现代信用理念并非完全割裂和冲突，而是具有向现代信用理念转型的社会、组织和道德基础。在乡村振兴背景下，以基层党组织公信力建设引领乡村信用文化建设；以村落组织为辅助，建立农村信用共同体；加强乡风文明建设，为现代信用意识营造良好的道德氛围。以基层党建、村落组织、乡风建设作为传统信用观现代性转换的路径，更好地全面助力乡村振兴。 |

| Modern Transformation of Rural Traditional Credit View under the Background of Rural Revitalization: Foundation and Path |

| Abstract:At present, China’s rural society is still in a period of transformation from a traditional local society to a modern market economy society. The credit view of the traditional local society and the modern one are not completely separated and conflicted, but have the social, organizational and moral basis for the transformation to the modern credit view. In the context of rural revitalization, the construction of rural credit culture should be guided by the construction of the credibility of grass-roots party organizations, and rural credit communities should be established with the assistance of village organizations. The construction of rural style civilization should be strengthened to create a good moral atmosphere for modern credit consciousness. We will use grass-roots party construction, village organization, and township style construction as the path to the modernization of traditional credit concepts to better comprehensively help rural revitalization. |
