中文摘要:基于ESG(环境、社会、治理)理念,采用双指数学习曲线函数,模拟储能成本动态变化过程,根据动态全寿命周期成本和综合价值,构建新型电池储能经济性评估模型,依据江苏省新建储能电站相关数据,考量新型电池储能的综合价值,验证模型有效性。结果发现:当前新型电池储能电站建设成本高,价值回收难以补偿全寿命周期成本,制约新型电力系统发展。仿真结果表明:当储能成本降至2900元/kW时,新型电池储能能够达到投资边界值,经济上可实现大规模应用。

Integrated Value Measurement and Economic Evaluation of New Battery Energy Storage Based on ESG Concept
Abstract:Based on the environmental, social and governance (ESG) concept, the paper simulated the dynamic change process of energy storage cost using double exponential learning curve function. The economic evaluation model of new battery energy storage has been built according to the dynamic life cycle cost and integrated value.On the basis of the relevant data’s new energy storage power station in Jiangsu province, the paper considers the integrated value of new battery energy storage, validates the effectiveness model.The results show that the construction cost is high for the current new battery energy storage power station, and the value recovery is difficult to compensate the life cycle cost, which restricts the development of the new power system.The simulation results show that the new battery energy storage can reach the investment boundary value and realize large scale application economically,when the energy storage cost is reduced to 2900 yuan /kW.
