| 中文摘要:基于2011—2018年CHARLS四期面板数据，运用多期双重差分和倾向得分匹配双重差分模型，检验了城乡医疗保险统筹对农村老年人幸福感的影响并探究了其影响机制。结果显示：城乡医疗保险统筹显著提高了农村老年人的积极情感，同时有效降低了其消极情感。机制检验发现，城乡医疗保险统筹通过减轻医疗负担、提高就医便捷性和提升健康预期三条路径影响农村老年人的幸福感。异质性分析表明，该政策对健康状况较差、收入水平较高、东部和中部地区农村老年人幸福感的影响作用更显著。 |

| How Does the Urban-rural Integrated Medical Insurance Affect the Well-being of Rural Elderly?--Evidence from CHARLS Data |

| Abstract:Based on the panel data of CHARLS from 2011 to 2018, this paper empirically tests the effects of urban-rural integrated medical insurance on well-being of the rural elderly and explores its influencing mechanism by using the multi-period DID model and PSM-DID model. Research shows: the policy significantly improves the positive affection of the rural elderly, and reduces their negative affection. The mechanism tests show that the policy affects the well-being of the rural elderly mainly through lightening their medical burden, improving their access to medical care, and improving their health expectation. Heterogeneity analyses show that the policy has a more significant impact on the well-being of the elderly with poor health status, higher income level, and in eastern and central regions. |
