中文摘要:基于工业绿色增长、资源环境压力、绿色政策支持三个维度构建工业绿色发展评价体系，对全国30个省、区、市工业绿色发展水平进行测度；在此基础上探讨金融科技对工业绿色发展水平提升的传导机制，并运用三重差分模型分析强环境规制下金融科技对工业绿色发展水平提升的补偿效应。结果表明：我国工业绿色发展取得明显成效，东部地区发展水平较高，中部次之，西部较低。其中，金融科技对工业绿色发展水平提升具有正面效应，强环境规制下金融科技发展程度越高的地区对其工业绿色发展水平提升效应愈加显著。因此，亟须推动工业绿色协调发展，强环境规制地区更应注重借助金融科技手段驱动工业绿色发展提质增效。

Financial Technology, Strict Environmental Regulation and Development of Regional Industrial Green

Abstract:Based on industrial green growth, resource and environment pressure, and green policy support, this paper constructs the industrial green quality evaluation system, and measures the industrial green quality of 30 provinces and cities in China by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). On this basis, it analyzes the transmission mechanism of financial technology development on industrial green quality improvement, and further explores the additional effect of financial technology on the improvement of industrial green quality under strict environmental regulation by using the triple difference model. The overall progress of China’s industrial green quality is remarkable, the coastal areas is higher, followed by the middle, and lower in the West. The development of financial technology has a positive effect on the improvement of industrial green quality, especially under the strict environmental regulation, the higher the level of financial technology development, the more significant the effect of provinces and cities on the improvement of industrial green quality. Therefore, there is an urgent need to promote the coordinated development of industrial green, it is also crucial to utilize new financial technology formats and new models to drive green industrialization to improve quality and efficiency when formulating industrial green development policies in areas with strict environmental regulation.
