中文摘要:基于省级面板数据,运用固定效应模型、空间计量模型,考量金融资源错配、房价及二者交互项对经济高质量发展的影响。研究表明:金融资源错配、房价上涨显著抑制了我国经济高质量发展;金融资源错配与房价的交互作用表明,房价上涨加重了金融资源错配对经济高质量发展的负面影响;进一步分样本检验发现,中西部地区金融资源错配对经济高质量发展的负面影响要强于东部地区;东中部地区房价对经济高质量发展呈现负向作用,但西部地区无显著影响。同时,金融资源错配、房价上涨均会促进周边地区经济高质量发展。

Mismatch of Financial Resources, Housing Price and High Quality Economic Development——Analysis Based on Spatial Econometric Model
Abstract:Based on provincial panel data, this paper uses fixed effect model and spatial econometric model to explore the impact of financial resource mismatch, housing price and their interaction on high-quality economic development. The results show that the mismatch of financial resources and the rise of housing prices significantly inhibit the high-quality development of China’s economy. The interaction between financial resource mismatch and housing price shows that housing price rise intensifies the restraining effect of financial resource mismatch on high-quality economic development. Further sample analysis shows that the negative impact of financial resource mismatch on high-quality economic development in central and western regions is stronger than that in eastern regions. The housing price has a negative effect on the high-quality economic development in the eastern and central regions, but has no significant effect in the western regions. At the same time, the mismatch of financial resources and the rise of housing prices will promote the high-quality economic development of surrounding areas.
