| 中文摘要:在运用构建的指标体系测评我国大中型工业企业2000-2019年的人力资本科技水平与自主创新成果综合发展水平指数基础上，实证分析企业人力资本科技水平与自主创新成果的耦合效应。结果显示：报告期我国大中型工业企业人力资本科技水平和自主创新成果之间耦合协调度总体上呈增长趋势，实现了从中度失调向高度耦合协调转变；企业人力资本科技水平是促进自主创新成果产生的重要原因，同时，自主创新成果增加能作用于人力资本科技水平提升；企业人力资本科技水平短期内作用于自主创新成果不显著，但长期内显著，而自主创新成果短期、长期均显著作用于人力资本科技水平。 |

| Research on the Coupling Effect of Enterprise Human Capital Technology Level and Independent Innovation Achievement |

| Abstract:This article uses the constructed indicator system to measure the comprehensive development level index of human capital technology and independent innovation achievements of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in China from 2000 to 2019, and empirically analyzes the coupling effect of enterprise human capital technology and independent innovation achievements. The results show that during the reporting period, the degree of coupling and coordination between human capital technology level and independent innovation achievements of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in China has generally shown an increasing trend, realizing the transition from moderate imbalance to high coupling and coordination; enterprise human capital technology level is the important reason for promoting independent innovation achievements,and the increase in independent innovation achievements can contribute to the improvement of human capital technology level; the enterprise human capital technology level is not significant in the short-term but significant in the long-term for independent innovation achievements, and independent innovation achievements are both significant in the short and long-term for human capital technology level.
