中文摘要:利用湖南省武陵山片区2001-2018年37个县（市、区）的数据，在剖析市场潜能与经济增长溢出内在机理的基础上，建立面板和空间计量模型估计其作用效应。研究发现：片区整体市场潜能强度不断提升，显著促进了经济增长，但片区内部作用强度不一；市场潜能对经济增长具有明显的“关联-集聚-溢出”空间效应过程，经由价格提升、要素流动等形成集聚促进了本地区经济增长，但市场分割、邻近竞争的存在明显抑制了周围地区空间溢出；经济增长空间溢出效应大致呈现倒U型变化趋势，其有效溢出范围为80 km内，并在影响范围、方向等方面存在显著的内部差异。

A Study on the Release of Market Potential and Spatial Spillover Effect of Economic Growth in Poverty-free Areas of China: A Case Study of Wuling Mountainous Area of Hunan Province

Abstract:With the data of 37 counties in Wuling mountainous area of Hunan Province from 2001 to 2018, this paper constructs the panel and spatial theoretical model of market potential and economic growth to estimate their economic growth and spatial spillover effects. The study found that: the market potential has been increasing continuously, which has significantly promoted the economic growth, but the promotional effects in different plates are particularly different. The market potential has obvious spatial effect process of "association-aggregation-spillout" on economic growth. Market potential generates agglomeration effects through price increases and factor flows, which promote economic growth in the region, but due to the segmentation of the inter-county market and neighboring competition, it has significantly inhibited the effect of spatial spillover in the surrounding area. Further analysis shows that the spatial spillover intensity of economic growth is roughly "inverted U", and its effective spillover range is less than 80 km, and there are significant internal differences in the impact range, direction and other aspects. 
