中文摘要:依据2009-2018年湖南省14个市州数据,运用社会网络分析法和修正的引力模型,考量湖南省高新技术产业集群创新网络结构特征。结果表明:湖南省高新技术产业集群创新网络密度逐年增加且增幅不断扩大,凝聚子群空间结构呈现“东高西低”的阶梯式分布特征,凝聚子群Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ分别主要来源于长株潭地区、洞庭湖地区和湘南地区、大湘西地区;市州间高新技术产业集聚创新联系不断加强,临近地域指向性与板块指向性并存,且关联方向日趋明显;各市州在高新技术产业集群创新网络中所处地位和拥有权力具有差异性,其中长沙市的净辐射量为正值,为湖南省高新技术产业集群创新网络的主要辐射源。

Research on the Structural Characteristics of Regional High-tech Industrial Cluster Innovation Network——the Empirical Analysis of Hunan Province
Abstract:Based on the data of 14 cities and prefectures in Hunan province from 2009 to 2018, this paper considers the characteristics of innovation network structure of high-tech industrial clusters in Hunan Province by using social network analysis method and modified gravity model. The empirical results show that the density of innovation network of high-tech industry clusters is increasing year by year and its growth rate is expanding in Hunan province. The agglomeration innovation connection of the high-tech industry is constantly strengthened in 14 cities and prefectures, but there is still much room for improvement. The innovation correlation direction of high-tech industrial clusters is mainly the coexistence of neighborhood regional orientation and plate orientation, and the correlation direction becomes increasingly obvious in Hunan province. The 14 cities and prefectures have different positions and powers in the innovation network of high-tech industry clusters in Hunan province, and Changsha city has positive net radiation, which is the main radiation source of the innovation network of high-tech industry clusters in Hunan province. It is also found that the spatial structure of cohesive subgroups of the innovation network of high-tech industrial clusters presents a stepped distribution characteristic of "high in the east and low in the west" in Hunan Province, and cohesive subgroup Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ mainly comes from CZX region, Dongting Lake area, southern Hunan and western Hunan.
