| 中文摘要:农地占有关系是农地产权关系的内在质的规定性。百年来，中国农地产权占有关系改革始终秉持农地公有制发展方向的“初心”，肩负为广大农民争取更多地权占有利益的“使命”，通过农业生产力的发展为社会主义从初级阶段向更高阶段迈进奠定坚实的物质与制度双重支持基础。在农地产权制度改革进程中，存在农地主体的地权占有权能不尽充分与完善，农地占有关系与农业生产力及经济社会发展不相适应问题。鉴此，应深化农地产权制度改革，强化农地所有权主体和非所有权主体的地权占有权能，发展农地公有权和使用权两个市场，着力优化社会主义农地占有产权关系。 |

| Research on China's Rural Land Property System Reform from the Perspective of Economic Possession |

| Abstract:The rural land possession relationship is the inherent stipulation of the property rights relationship of rural land. Over the past century, the reform of China's rural land possession relations has always adhered to the "initial aspiration" of the development direction of rural land public ownership, and shouldered the "mission" of fighting for more land possession interests for the majority of farmers. Through the development of agricultural productivity, a solid material and system support foundation for socialism with Chinese characteristics to move from the initial stage to the higher stage has been laid. In the process of the reform of China's rural land property rights system, there are problems that the possession rights of rural land subjects are not sufficient and perfect, and the relationship of rural land possession is not compatible with agricultural productivity and economic and social development. In view of this, we should deepen the reform of the rural land property rights system, strengthen the possession power of rural land ownership and non-ownership subjects, develop the two markets for rural land public rights and use rights, strive to optimize the socialist rural land property relations. |
