| 中文摘要:发展数字经济已成为中国和世界主要国家的重大战略选择，目前也是中国经济高质量发展的新引擎和新动能。鉴此，从数字经济引领产业高质量发展的理论基础入手，从成本节约效应、规模经济效应、精准配置效应、效率提升效应和创新赋能效应五个方面剖析数字经济引领产业高质量发展的内在机理，认为中国应从创新构建数字化产业体系和政府引导产业数字化转型两方面来推进产业高质量发展。 |

| Digital Economy Leads High-quality Development of Industry: Theory，Mechanism and Path |

| Abstract:The development of digital economy has become a major strategic choice for China and the world's major countries. It is also a new engine and driving force for China's high-quality economic development. In view of this, starting from the theoretical basis of the high-quality development of digital economy leading industries, this paper analyzes the internal mechanism of high-quality industry led by digital economy from five aspects: cost saving effect, scale economy effect, accurate allocation effect, efficiency promotion and innovation engendering effect. It is believed that China should promote the construction of digital industry system through innovation and the digital transformation of industry guided by the government High-quality industrial development. |
