中文摘要:通过梳理FDI影响东道国就业技能结构的理论机制，将原始数据归口到直接消耗系数表中的15个相应行业，实证研究发现：总体上，FDI拉动了我国制造业低技能劳动力就业，对高技能劳动力就业无明显影响，恶化了制造业就业技能结构；FDI水平效应抑制了高技能劳动力就业，对低技能劳动力就业拉动作用不明显，是恶化就业技能结构的渠道；FDI前、后向关联效应拉动了制造业总体就业，优化了就业技能结构；随着行业FDI进入程度的提高，FDI前、后向关联对高技能劳动力和低技能劳动力就业的拉动作用均逐渐提高。

A Study on the Influence of FDI on the Employment Skills Structure of Chinese Manufacturing Workers

Abstract:This paper summarizes the theoretical mechanism of FDI impact on Employment skill structure. The original data will be categorized into 15 industries of direct consumption coefficient table，and the empirical research result show that：As a whole，FDI will drive the employment of low-skilled labor and have not a significant effect on the employment of high-skilled labor，the structure of employment skills worsened. FDI horizontal effects has inhibited the employment of high-skilled labor，but has not obvious promoting effect on the employment of low-skilled labor，which is a channel of employment skills structure worsened. FDI forward linkage and backward linkage boost employment and optimize the employment skills structure. With the improvement of FDI entry degree，both of FDI forward linkage and backward linkage will boost the employment of different skill level labor.
