外资并购对目标企业生产率的提升效应研究

中文摘要:利用我国A股上市公司2004-2010年的数据，使用基于DEA的Malmquist指数，考量外资并购对目标企业全要素生产率的影响，结果发现：外资并购有助于提高我国目标企业的全要素生产率，提升效应主要来自于对技术进步的推动；主并方来自于亚洲的并购比来自于欧美的并购对我国目标企业生产率的提升作用更好。相对于非国有企业，外资并购对国有企业生产率的提升效应更强。

The TFP Effect of Foreign Acquisitions on the Acquired Enterprises

Abstract:This paper examines the productivity effect of foreign acquisitions on the acquired enterprises using China's data of listed companies which were acquired by foreign enterprises during 2004-2010．The results suggest that : 1）foreign acquisitions improves significantly the total factor productivity of the acquired enterprises；2）foreign acquisitions improves the technical changes more than technical efficiencies of the acquired enterprises；3）the productivity effect of foreign acquisitions on the acquired enterprises is related with some features of acquisition parties.
