中文摘要:根据对企业管理层以及员工开展的495份调查问卷结果,分析工会实践即工会职能的履行情况及其对企业的劳动关系气氛的影响,发现企业工会实践和劳动关系气氛都不太好,尤其维权实践的发挥最差,其次为参与实践;企业工会实践对劳动关系气氛有显著的影响;其教育及服务实践对积极劳动关系气氛影响最大,而维权实践对消极劳动关系气氛影响最大。

An Empirical Study on Enterprise Union Practice and Its Effect on Industrial Relations Climate
Abstract:Using 495 questionnaires from management and employees, the paper analyzed the enterprise union practice, that is the implementation of union function, and its Effect on Industrial Relations Climate. The results suggest a shortage of enterprise union practice and negative industrial relations climate in general, with the least safeguarding function and less participating function. Enterprise union practice has a significant impact on the industrial relations climate; its educating and serving practice has the greatest impact on the positive industrial relations climate, while safeguarding practice has the greatest impact on the negative industrial relations climate.
