| 中文摘要:基于我国1999-2016年的省级面板数据，应用前景理论考察收入不确定性对城镇居民消费率的影响。研究结果表明：收入不确定性对城镇居民消费率有显著影响，并且该影响具有不对称特征；我国城镇居民消费行为具有显著的区域特征。对于我国的东部地区、东北地区和中部地区居民而言，这些地区城镇居民消费行为符合前景理论特征，而我国西部地区城镇居民消费行为并不符合前景理论特征。 |

| The Asymmetric Impact of Income Uncertainty on Chinese Urban Residents Consumption Rate——An Empirical Analysis Based on the Prospect Theory |

| Abstract:Based on the panel data of 31 Chinese provinces during 1999-2016, this paper uses the prospect theory to analyze the impact of income uncertainty on the urban household consumption rate based on behavioral economics. The result shows that: firstly, income uncertainty has a significant impact on the urban residents' consumption rate and the effect of income uncertainty on the urban resident's consumption rate is asymmetric; secondly, the consumption behavior of urban residents in our country has significant regional characteristics. The consumption behavior of urban residents in the eastern, northeastern and central regions of China conforms to the prospect theory. The consumption behavior of urban residents in western China does not accord with the prospect theory. |
