中文摘要:选取2017年甘肃陇南四个村镇162个样本农户的相关调研数据，运用多元有序Logistic模型对农户土地产权抵押贷款融资意愿进行实证分析。结果显示：由于收入水平和抗风险能力原因，风险认知因素有负向影响；政策环境和融资评价虽然对农户有着正向影响，但农户普遍认为当地存在资金来源单一和利率较高的现象，并且信息传递存在障碍；服务认知在一定程度上负向影响农户意愿；社会保险、社会关系、家庭情况和对象特征影响不显著。

An Empirical Analysis of Farmers' Willingness to Finance Using Land Property Right as Security——Based on Ordered Logistic Model

Abstract:An Empirical analysis is done about farmers' willingness to finance using land property right as security by using an ordered logistic model with the data of four villages collected at Qingyang County, Gansu. The results show that risk factors could negatively affect farmers' willingness to use mortgage finance because of anti-risk capability and income. Most Farmers consider that there exist lack of funds, high interest rate and information transmission barriers although policy environment and financing could positively affect farmers' willingness to use mortgage finance. Social security, relationship, family and interviewees' conditions have no effect on farmers.
