| 中文摘要:基于中国流动人口数据，利用分层线性模型对流动人口收入的决定进行研究。结果发现：流动人口收入具有明显的分层聚类性，流动人口收入不仅与个体层次因素有关，而且还受社区层次因素的影响，但前者的作用更大；流动人口收入社区层次变异的1/3，可由社区特征变量来解释，而个体特征变量能解释个体层次变异的比例不足10%；个体特征变量对流动人口收入的影响，部分是通过社区层次因素来体现，不同层次因素之间存在互动。研究结论对于调查问卷设计的完善和流动人口收入政策的制定具有一定的参考价值。 |

| A Study on the Decisions of Migrant Population's Income from the Perspective of Stratified Heterogeneity——An Empirical Analysis Based on Hierarchical Linear Model |

| Abstract:Based on the data of China's migrant population, the stratified linear model is used to study the decision of the migrant population's income. The study finds that the income of migrant population has obvious stratified clustering. The income of migrant population is not only related to individual level factors, but also affected by the community level factors, but the former is more effective. A third of the variation of the migrant population income at the community level can be explained by community characteristic variables, while only less than 10% of individual-level variation can be explained by individual characteristic variables; the influence of individual characteristic variables on migrant population income is partly reflected by community-level factors, and there are interactions between different levels of factors. These findings have some reference value for the improvement of questionnaire design and the formulation of income policy for migrant population. |
