中文摘要:选取260个城市2005-2014年样本数据,纳入环境因素,运用数据包络分析的Malmquist指数法,考量产业结构升级、能源效率以及两者交互作用对绿色全要素生产率的影响。结果显示:产业结构升级、能源效率以及两者交互作用对绿色全要素生产效率具有正向推动作用;从回归系数来看,产业结构升级对绿色全要素生产率的促进作用要大于能源效率的促进作用;在分地区实证检验中,东部与西部地区的检验结果显著,且东部地区要比西部地区更为显著,而中部地区部分结果不显著。因此,应分地区制定产业结构优化升级具体路径,强化产业结构升级与能源效率的联动机制,优化环境政策组合,提升绿色全要素生产率。

Upgrading of Industrial Structure, Energy Efficiency, Green Total Factor Productivity
Abstract:By incorporating environmental factors into the measurement of total factor productivity, using the Malmquist index method of data envelopment analysis, the total factor productivity of green cities in 260 cities of mainland China was measured. Furthermore, the effects of industrial structure upgrading, energy efficiency and their interaction on green TFP are tested empirically. Results show, the upgrading of industrial structure, energy efficiency and the interaction between them have a positive effect on green TFP; from the point of regression coefficient, upgrading of industrial structure is greater than the energy efficiency to promote green TFP. In the regional empirical test, the results of the eastern and western regions are remarkable, and the eastern region is more significant than the western region, but the central part of the results are not significant. Therefore, the route of industrial structure optimization and upgrading should be made in terms of different regions. We need to strengthen the linkage mechanism between industrial structure upgrading and energy efficiency, strengthen the environmental policy with the continuous optimization and combination to provide thrust for the promotion of green TFP.
