中文摘要:依据中国《物联网“十二五”发展规划》制定的物联网产业统计口径,结合物联网产业链结构的特征,设计包括5个一级指标和20个二级指标的物联网产业发展水平评价指标体系,运用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标权重,以14家物联网上市公司数据为基础,考量中国18个主要城市2009~2011年物联网产业水平。结果显示:整体上,中国物联网产业水平呈上升趋势;东、中、西部地区物联网产业发展水平存在差异;不同城市物联网产业发展的优势不同。

Measure and comparison of development level of urban IoT industry in China
Abstract:Based on the statistical indicators from "the Internet of things(IoT)" industry of the "Twelfth Five-year Plan", and the structure of the IoT industry chain, this paper builds a comprehensive evaluation system to evaluate the IoT industry development level which includes five first-level indicators and 20 second-level indicators, and uses Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to determine the weights of indicators. Then based on the data of 141 IoT companies, this paper makes empirical analysis on the IoT development level of the 18 major IoT cities in our country in 2009~2011. The results show that, the whole IoT industry development level is on the rise in our country; the IoT industry development level of eastern, middle and western areas are very different; cities have different advantages in developing the IOT industry.
