中文摘要:通过分析金融区域辐射力的形成机理，以金融竞争力和金融辐射程度作为测度金融区域辐射力的核心变量，利用主成分分析法构建金融竞争力评价模型，再结合断裂点理论构建金融辐射程度评价模型，并以长沙对湖南省内其他市州的金融辐射力进行实证检验。结果表明，长沙作为省会城市，其金融竞争力远高于省内其他市州；但长沙对省内其他市州的金融辐射度均未超过90%，未能充分彰显其竞争力。为此，应从金融区域辐射力的形成基础、源泉和载体三个方面深化区域经济联合发展，打造区域特色金融品牌和做大做强地方法人金融机构。

Research on Regional Radiation Power of Modern Finance——Based on Empirical Test of Changsha's Radiation Power to Other Cities in Hunan

Abstract:This paper took financial competitiveness and financial radiation level as the core parameters to measure the financial radiation power on the basis of an analysis of the formation mechanism of regional financial radiation power. The financial competitiveness was modeled by using the principal component analysis, and the financial radiation level is estimated by using the Breaking Point Theory. Meanwhile. we made an empirical test of Changsha's financial radiation power to other cities in Hunan Province, and the evidence showed us that as a provincial capital, Changsha's financial competitiveness was far more higher than other cities in Hunan, but its financial radiation level to other cities was less than 90%, indicating that Changsha has failed to fully exert its competitiveness. Therefore, we should deepen the joint development of regional economy to build regional distinctive financial brand and make local corporate financial institutions bigger and stronger from three aspects of regional financial radiation power's forming base, source and carrier.
