中文摘要:生态补偿机制是解决生态环境问题、实现环境资源有偿利用的重要政策工具，选择合适的生态补偿模式对于我国的生态补偿实践具有重要意义。而我国生态补偿模式过多依赖政府主导，生态补偿的市场化交易模式发展缓慢。为提升生态补偿效率，我国的生态补偿应在优化政府补偿模式的基础上，通过法律制度的完善、管理体制的健全和市场交易机制的激活来促进市场补偿模式的发展，实现生态补偿的政府主导和市场调节相结合。

Study on Patterns of Ecological Compensation：The Market Regulation Integrated into the Government Compensation

Abstract:The ecological compensation mechanism is an important policy tool to resolve eco-environmental problems and realize the paid use of environmental resources. Selecting proper compensation patterns is of great significance to popularize ecological compensation practice in the whole country. Based on the international ecological compensation practices and policies, this paper reviews the patterns of ecological compensation in our country and points out that China's ecological compensation practice relies on the government-led pattern excessively and market compensation patterns develop too slowly. To enhance the efficiency of ecological compensation, the market compensation patterns should be developed through the improvement of the legal system and management system, and integrated into the government-led model at last.
