中文摘要:新制度经济学理论表明，产权界定因技术和成本限制，无法有效界定产权束所有权利属性，导致界权程度出现。在农村合作医疗制度的产权界定过程中，界权主体遵循边际收益等于边际成本原则，确定最优界权程度。农合最优界权程度处于动态变化状态，其变动受制度特征、界权技术和界权过程等因素影响。

The Property Rights Problems of Rural Cooperative Medical System

Abstract:The new institutional economics theory suggests that，due to the technological limits and the exist of transaction cost, it is hard to define the property rights sometimes. To define the property rights of the rural cooperative medical system, the property-right regimes is defined under the premise of marginal revenue equal to marginal cost. It is found that the property right of rural cooperative medical system keeps changing, and the dynamic of it depends on the factors such as institution, technology and so on.
